About

Dr. Pooja Raval earned her Bachelors of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014. She was inspired and became particularly interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy after working closely with her mother’s physical therapists. Dr. Pooja obtained her Associate’s Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant from South University 2018. She practiced as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 3 years working with a variety of orthopedic conditions, post-op orthopedics, balance and sports related injuries. She is also certified in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion. Later, she would attend Hanover College and graduate with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. Her combined experience as a PTA and DPT, both in training and practice, has amounted to greater than 5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Dr. Pooja enjoys working closely with all of her patients and helping them lead a normal and healthy lifestyle.
