Anthony Milano

Physical Therapy Assistant

About

Anthony first experienced how Physical Therapy can change patients' lives by observing his mother rehabilitate from an injury at an outpatient facility. It was at that very facility that Anthony would begin his career in Physical Therapy as a Rehabilitation Technician. He was further inspired to pursue a career in Physical Therapy through his own experiences with injury and return to sport as a competitive athlete. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He then went on to obtain his Associates in Applied Science from Union County College. Anthony is now a duly Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. He is passionate about teaching and helping his patients understand their rehabilitation. Anthony also continues to pursue new evidence based techniques and strategies that can help him best serve his patients. In addition, Anthony is currently working towards certification as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and hopes to further his education and obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. When he is not caring for his patients, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, cooking, and personal training.
