Doctor of Physical Therapy (all offices)

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

Physical Therapy Assistant (all offices)

We are looking for an educated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve their mobility and move forward. You will work closely and under the direction of the physical therapist, treating patients with medical problems or other conditions that limit their ability to move or perform functional activities.

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises
• Identify patient’s needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy to individual differences
• Recommend options, courses of action or modifications in selected treatments ensuring patient’s progress, safety and comfort
• Apply the latest research related to restoring function, reducing symptoms frequency, and preventing injury
• Complete documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services
• Perform selected data collection and obtain accurate information
• Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record
• Participate in patient status judgments
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards
• Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge

Skills:

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Employment Type: Full-Time

The following skills are critical:

• Appropriate technical training in physical therapy reception/front office is ideal but not necessary
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding is ideal but not necessary
• Must have proven organizational skills, the ability to work independently, exercise sound decision and good judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Physical Therapy Aide

ProFysio Physical Therapy East Brunswick, NJ

In this part time/full time Physical Therapy Aide position you will be directly responsible for all tasks necessary to assist the Doctors of Physical Therapy. Also, some general administrative duties and you may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing and data entry.

Employment Type: Part-Time

The minimum qualifications are:

• 1+ years of Rehabilitation Technician experience in a Physical Therapy Clinic or related area is highly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to clearly define opportunities, logically trouble shoot cause/affect, and then identify and create solutions.
• Must have proven organizational skills, the ability to work independently, exercise sound decision and good judgment.
