Bio

Dr. Allie Couzo completed her higher education through an accelerated 3+3 program receiving her Bachelors in Biology from Felician College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. She has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and found further passion in treating patients after surgery and those dealing with chronic pain and disability. As a previous collegiate athlete and current crossfit coach, she has success not only in facilitating patients’ return to their prior level of function, but also in building resiliency toward higher level activities and sports. Dr. Allie is currently working towards a specialization in orthopedics as well as a certificate in strength and conditioning. In her free time, Dr. Allie enjoys the outdoors, exercising, learning the ukelele and spending time with her family.
